In her own words – This weekend, my look is “Gothic boho.” Walking through the woods with Stevie in my ears and sunnies on my head, I was glad that I had my shiny Dr Marten babies to keep me comfy. I found this long tapestry coat in a chazza (it’s a Northernette thing) shop and knew that I needed it in my life. It’s perfect for days like these and goes with the general autumnal / boho vibes of my overall wardrobe.
Things I can’t live without this weekend: My trusty crochet bag made by my Grandma – that’s full of pens.
In her own words: This weekend my look is “Audrey Hepburn with a bit of leg.” I pack as much as I can into my weekends and this one was no different. I try and handpick as much of my stock as I can for my store Monica Valentine Vintage and clearly must look fabulous while doing so. I found this right bargain pink shift dress on Depop for £3.50 which I adore and paired it with a cropped denim jacket and bag from my own store. Flat brogues are my “go to shoe” when I am a busy bee and these baby blue beauties are from the children’s range at New Look.
Things I can’t live without this weekend: Pink (to make the boys wink) lippy which matches my dress (naturally.)
In her own words – This weekend my look is “festival, gypsy warrior….princess.” I was at Download festival ravin to Ozzy Osbourne and my normal festival attire always consists of something that nobody else is wearing. I made this sweetheart neckline gypsy corset myself, paired it with a fringed black mini skirt and matched my sunnies to my all weather Docs. Festivals in England are hard to prep for – one minute its ‘blazing sunshine’ and the next you need to try work the ‘mascara down your face look’ – fortunately a bit of mud doesn’t phase me and I had my trusty poundland rain Mac to keep me dry!
Things I can’t live without this weekend: GLITTER (essential to transform into a princess)
