It’s Cold Up North – and even bloomin colder at Christmas time. December days in the north are filled with freezing cold finger tips, hair stuck to your lippy and rushing from doorway to doorway while juggling a million Christmas shopping bags. But for us – Christmas just would not be Christmas if we spent it anywhere else! While a bit of snow might stop the rest of the country – us Northernettes just can’t wait to get out our vintage faux fur coats, gloves and boots and go sledging!
Christmas for us is about spending time with the family, giving to those who don’t have much and a time to feel grateful for all that we have – however you celebrate – we wish you a Merry Christmas!

Our December born Northernette loves nothing more than putting up the tree on her birthday and has made baubles for the tree each year since she was five.
